The Centerfold system suspends each panel from its center point rather than its edge, creating a balanced load on the overhead track. This design eliminates the need for a bottom guide channel across the full width of the opening. A single-side installation spans up to 19 feet 8 inches. An opposed installation (panels folding from both sides) spans up to 39 feet 4 inches.
Individual panels weigh up to 176 lbs and reach heights up to 12 feet. Panel width is approximately 40 inches. The lead panel can be configured as a pivot door for pass-through access without opening the full partition. The system accepts any 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch panel material, including glass, laminate, fabric-wrapped panels, and wood veneer.

Variotec
Sliding stacking wall with curved track capability from 15 to 90 degrees. Modular pluggable “Perfect Curve” suspension track follows non-rectangular floor plans. Panels up to 330 lbs and 12 feet tall. Barrier-free floor surface when retracted.
Sliding Doors
Single and multi-panel architectural sliding doors up to 10 feet wide and 12 feet tall. Maximum panel weight 550 lbs. FSB full mortise locks standard with North American cylinder compatibility. Available in single, bi-parting, bypassing, pocket, and telescoping configurations.

The Variofold is PK-30’s bi-folding wall system designed for installations that require the additional structural stability of a bottom guide channel. It complements the Centerfold for projects where heavier panels or longer multi-panel runs demand floor-level support.

Bottom Guide Channel for Heavy Panel and Multi-Door Configurations
The Variofold system uses a bottom guide channel that provides firm stability for installations with more than two doors per side. Individual panels weigh up to 176 lbs with heights up to 12 feet and widths of approximately 40 inches. The stack offsets to the upper suspension track when the partition is open.
Like all PK-30 products, the Variofold uses the same aluminum profile system and accepts the same range of 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch panel materials. This means a project can combine Centerfold (guide-free) and Variofold (guide-supported) partitions using identical visual profiles, with the guide choice determined by the structural requirements of each opening.

The Variotec is PK-30’s sliding stacking wall system. Its defining feature is a modular pluggable track that can be curved from 15 to 90 degrees, making it the only partition system in the Moderco NYC portfolio that follows non-rectangular floor plans.

Perfect Curve Modular Track with 15 to 90 Degree Bends
The Variotec suspension track is a modular, pluggable system that can be assembled in straight runs or curved to follow the geometry of the floor plan. Track curves are fabricated to customer specifications within 15 to 90 degrees. Individual panels weigh up to 330 lbs and reach heights up to 12 feet.
Panels stack parallel or perpendicular to the main suspension track, and the system supports a virtually limitless number of panels in the parking area. Foot bolts anchor into dust-proof floor strikes, and the bottom guide channel can be omitted in most configurations for a barrier-free floor surface. An optional stationary egress door can be integrated into the partition run.
