Excel 700 Series. Welded Steel Construction at a Competitive Price Point
The Excel 700 (transitioning to the new 730 Series with 3-inch panel thickness) is Moderco’s value-positioned operable partition line. It uses a unique fully welded steel frame construction rather than assembled components.

The Excel 700 is available in three configurations: Model 731 for individual panels, Model 732 for paired center-stacking, and Model 733-EG for electrically operated gymnasium dividers. Panels range from 24 to 49.25 inches wide with heights up to 30’3″. Panel weight spans 4.1 to 10.9 lbs per square foot.
STC ratings of 43, 48, 49, and 52 have been independently tested. The welded steel frame provides structural rigidity that resists deflection over time, and the deep interlocking vertical astragals create a tight seal between adjacent panels. The trimless, monolithic appearance option eliminates visible edge framing for a clean aesthetic.

The Crystal 200 is Moderco’s acoustically rated movable glass wall system. It uses double glazing with a 3-inch air space to achieve an STC 44 rating while maintaining full visual transparency between divided spaces.

Acoustic Transparency with Signature 800 Compatibility
The Crystal 200 is available in three configurations: Model 240 for single point center stacking, Model 241 for individual remote or side stacking, and Model 242 for paired center stacking. Panels range from 12 to 48.5 inches wide with heights up to 12’3″ (higher on request). Each panel uses two layers of 1/4-inch tempered glass (ASTM C1048) with a 3-inch air space.
The Crystal 200 is built on the same steel-reinforced structural frame as the Signature 800, which means solid and glass panels can be combined in a single track run. This allows architects to design mixed configurations where some sections of a partition are opaque and acoustically rated while others are transparent.
Accessories include remote-controlled electrically tilting horizontal blinds, ADA-compliant pass-through doors, ADA pivot closure panels, and inset dry-erase, chalk, or cork boards. Frame finishes are available in multiple anodized and powder-coated options. Glass finishes include clear, acid-etched, sand-blasted, frosted, painted, and custom etched designs.
Vision 100. Single-Panel Glass Partition for Visual Separation
The Vision 100 is Moderco’s non-acoustical glass partition system. It provides physical separation and maintained natural light without an acoustic rating, making it suitable for spaces where visual openness is the priority.

The system runs on a clear anodized 6063-T6 aluminum track (#23-T) and uses a foot bolt per panel for stabilization. Glass finish options include clear, tinted, colored, etched, sand-blasted, acrylic, and custom designs.
